April 8, 2008 Saw Mill Capital LLC, a private equity firm based in Briarcliff Manor, NY, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Terra Renewal LLC (Terra), acquired Fleet Industries, Inc., a West Coast provider of biosolids management services to publicly-owned treatment works and non-hazardous hauling services for private contractors.
