NewCap Partners Forms Strategic Alliance With Arscientia LLC

Los Angeles, CA --- October, 28, 2002 NewCap Partners is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic alliance with Arscientia LLC, a strategic consulting firm specializing in the semiconductor and semiconductor capital equipment industries.
