Selling a company

NewCap Partners provides sell-side advisory services to its clients – typically middle market companies – $100 million and below. Our success in the middle market is built upon a solid understanding of our clients businesses and their position within their industries. This knowledge comes from our experienced bankers as well as industry consultants who closely follow specific industries. To successfully manage its projects, NewCap Partners has developed a business process that uses the latest cloud based IT tools. These processes allow us to effectively manage our engagements on a timely basis and keep our clients informed on the process from inception to closing.

Buying a company

NewCap provides buy-side M&A advisory services to both private companies and small public companies. Our team serves in an outsourced corporate development team assisting clients with acquisition target identification, deal process management, valuation, due diligence. NewCap Partners can also provide equityfinancing required to complete a transaction. NewCap Partners has completed a number of management buyout transaction acting as an advisor to management devising buy-out strategies, financing and deal execution.

For over 25 years NewCap partners has cultivated relationships with sources of capital ranging from venture capital firms to private equity funds to buyout firms to hedge funds to corporate investors. We work closely with our clients to help identify their strategic objectives as well as their capital requirement so that we can align them with the most cost effective sources of capital suited to their specific needs.

NewCap Partners has completed successful transactions for clients with a range of financing requirements including growth capital, capital for acquisitions, management buyouts (“MBOs”) and recapitalizations.

NewCap Partners also invests its own capital in selected transactions.

NewCap Partners provides corporate advisory services to it clients for a range of activities which are not directly characterized as either mergers, acquisitions or equity financings, but the processes for completing these transactions are similar to those NewCap Partners uses in its other business segments. Examples of the types of Corporate Advisory transactions which we have completed include joint ventures, technology out-licensing, technology in-licensing, valuations, fairness opinions and international transactions. NewCap Partners has particular international experience and expertise in transactions in the Greater China Region which we define as China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
